Lunch at BPHS is certainly a step up from elementary school food that had very few options.
However, at BPHS, there are many options like spicy chicken sandwiches, cheeseburgers and hamburgers, fruits and vegetables, nachos, and more.
There also breakfast options and brunch options that range from French toast, breakfast burritos, name brand cereals, pan dulce and more.
There are also special days of the week that offer food that is very popular. Baked potato Wednesday is one of those days and offers baked potatoes with 2 pats of butter and some shredded cheese. This is one of the most popular, due to the baked potatoes being of very good quality and freshly baked. Video production teacher, Mr.Appleby, commented on why baked potatoes are his favorite food at BPHS saying, ” They are quick, simple, and taste great!” He eats his baked potatoes with butter, cheese, sour cream, and a little bit of salt and pepper.
Taco Tuesdays are the most recent addition to the lunch menu and have already gained quite a following as it always has an extremely long line on the one day it’s available.
